Part 6: Cannot Download Spotify Music for Offline Playback. Spotify lets you download songs for offline playback. It’s a fantastic feature for the gym, your car, or while you’re away from Wi-Fi, because it means you won’t be eating through your data allowance. However, there is a little-known restriction. I get a range of 35-45 songs to download each try. Using Windows Resource Manager, I can tell that the network usage slowly goes down and stops. I have tried other playlists but the same problem happens every time. It's infuriating that nothing seems to help. It's been 2 days I think when I noticed that my spotify is stuck to 'waiting to download'. I tried connecting to a different wifi, reinstalled the app or even redownloaded the songs on my phone/laptop but unfortunately none of them worked. However, while I was scrolling to my playlist, I noticed.

3. Click Next, then Add Account.
4. Enter your Spotify account details.

2. Select Manage, then Service Settings.
3. Select Spotify and click the minus (-) button.
